NameCup is for personal recall and follow-up. Do not use it to harass, profile, discriminate against, impersonate, or harm people.
You are responsible for the names, notes, tags, and other content you add. Only save information you have a reasonable basis to keep and use.
Keep access to your email account secure. If you think someone else has accessed your NameCup account, contact us.
NameCup may change over time as we improve the product. We may add, update, or remove features while keeping the service focused on personal recall.
We aim to keep NameCup useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will meet every need.
